The time has come to move my portfolio from this sweet little photoblog over to my brand new, shiny, awesome, user-friendly website.

I am so excited to announce this website! Here, a list of ways it is wonderful for you as a potential client:

...so as you can see, big changes are taking place!

Another big change that will be happening is that I will be phasing out this Typepad blog and directing my photography clients back over to my main blog,

I think it will not only streamline my life a bit, but it will be a way for my past, present, and future clients to see who I am as a person as well as a photographer. I am a mom and an artist and a goofy girl above all else, and I'm not afraid to show that to the people who are considering hiring me. Truly, if my REAL self scares anyone away, perhaps they wouldn't have been the best fit in the long run anyway, right?

So.... For now, I will keep this blog here. But this will likely be the last post. If you haven't already, bookmark Emily's Little World  and put it on your blog reader. I will be regularly posting photo sneak peeks and session samples there, as well as photo tips and FAQs whenever I can.

Thank you, anyone and everyone who has followed me up to this point. I am so excited for the next leg of the journey!!

More of Hunter.... Love This Kid!

Finished Hunter's photos. This little guy is 10 months old, standing really well, and so close to walking. He was also teething like CRAZY when I cam e to take his photos, so any time you see his poor hands in his mouth or a bit of drool, you can go ahead and feel sorry for the poor kiddo.... Still-- he was such a happy kid, and we got a lot of fun smiles, too. And those eyes-- Oh MAN. These eyes captivated me!!

Welcome to the World, Sweet Max!

This little fellow is the first baby of a couple I go to church with. He was nine days old when I met him, and was so teeny, so handsome with his head of dark hair, and amazingly easy to handle and move around once he fell asleep. I fell in love and didn't want to stop photographing him. Alas, the sun begin to set and I ran out of light... Still, we got so many sweet shots!  Enjoy a few of my favorites:

The deadline for 2008 pricing is up and we are now officially into 2009. (The exception to this would be if you booked for a shoot that takes place IN February. I have two spots left!)

I have taken down my pricing link for now, as I revamp the information. Please email me with inquiries and I will be happy to explain my pricing structure. (Or click HERE to read my blog post explaining some if it.)

Sweet Ava, Seven Weeks Old

Ava is the sweet daughter of  a beautiful mama I took wedding photos for a couple of years ago. This little girl is only seven weeks old, and is BEAUTIFUL.

And lucky me-- I get to come back and see her at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and one year! It is going to be so rewarding to watch her grow and develop!

 









And this last one? I ADORE seeing a mama with her sleeping baby.... Such a peaceful reminder that there is so much good in this world.
